Whole Egg
Our homogenised whole egg products are made using fresh eggs and are available chilled or frozen.
These products are ideal for all recipes that require liquid whole egg – cakes, biscuits, sponges, custard, quiches, omelettes, pasta, scrambled eggs and pies. They can also be used as an excellent egg wash.
Our Liquid Egg products are always made from high quality whole eggs, and our chilled product has a shelf life of 21 days.
Made from the best quality egg yolks available. Our pasteurised and homogenised liquid egg yolk contains no added salt, preservatives, additives, colours or flavours.
This product is perfect for recipes where the emulsification qualities of egg yolk are required, for example: mayonnaise, ice cream, hollandaise sauce and custards. Egg yolk can also be used as a thickening agent in sweet or savoury sauces.
Sugared egg yolk contains pasteurised and homogenised egg yolk with added sugar.
This product is perfect for applications requiring sugar and where the emulsification and stabilising properties of egg yolk are required. Sugared egg yolk is ideal for ice cream, custards and other sweet sauces and liqueurs.
Liquid egg white is free from added salt, preservatives, additives, colours or flavours and can be purchased chilled or frozen.
Chilled liquid egg white is suitable for all recipes requiring egg whites for their aerating, whipping and foaming properties in desserts such as pavlovas, meringues, confectionery and nougats. Frozen egg white is perfect for use as a glaze for pastry and biscuits and is a superior binding agent for small goods and fish.
Salted egg yolks are perfectly balanced to speed up the cooking process and let the end product show off the ingredients. They will be available chilled or frozen.
